The Le Petit Pinche Francés food truck is parked on the grounds of the award-winning Torres Alegre y familia vineyard. Chef Nicolás Tapia creates French country classics. His Bouef bourguignon features moist chunks of beef, mushrooms and locally grown carrots bathed in a luxuriant red sauce of Torres Alegre’s Llave Tinta wine. All entrees are served with a side of potatoes au gratin and a fresh spinach salad. The seasonal truck's owner also operates the larger, year-round Le Pinche Francés food truck in downtown Ensenada.
